Fulfillment / Insertion
One of the core elements of any mailing house is its insertion services. Here at Complete Mailings we pride ourselves on not focusing on any one particular type of insertion. We have the capability to handle any kind of fulfillment project, from specialist jobs that require careful hand fulfillment, to large volume machine insertion.
We have deliberately invested as much as possible in the right equipment and people to get the job done on time and at the higest quality.
We can also source and supply all envelopes, boxes, cartons etc, or you are more than welcome to supply your own.
Polywrapping
Presentation is everything. As is protecting the items that make up your mailer. Want to send out a brochure but want it to reach its destination in the condition you intended for it? Want to put a carrier or letter in with it but allow it to all be seen on pick up? Then polywrap is the answer.
Polywrapping is the process whereby your items are machine wrapped into a polythene bag that keeps it together, tidy and protected. Done properly it can also deliver a message of professionalism and style.
We have the machinery capable of doing wrapping jobs of any size.
MAILSORT
If you're mailing to more than a thousand addresses you could qualify for huge savings on your mailings through Royal Mail's Mailsort System.
Mailsort is a process where each address in your database is allocated a special area code which is then used to help group and bag addresses that are in the same areas. This saves Royal Mail a lot of time on sortation and therefore grants large discounts to the sender.
We can easily run your data through our Mailsort software to achieve impressive discounts and are experts in sorting and bagging mailings into mailsortable groups, making Royal Mail's life easier.
